NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (N.S.S) Cell is working in this college since 1984.Till date the college has continuous N.S.S volunteers on rolls every year. Presently 120 volunteers are on rolls of N.S.S unit. The overall objective of the scheme is to educate various volunteers to face all the problems rampant in the society. Volunteers are engaged in various activities throughout the year to inculcate positive attitude in them towards various social causes. Regular and Special Camping Programmes are being organized to awaken the society through N.S.S volunteers Under regular activities Students do the various Programmes in the adopted areas like College Campus, slum areas during weekend or after College hours.  Under Special Camping programme “Seven days Special camp” being held in vacations with some Projects to aware N.S.S volunteers about various social evils and to educate them to provide services to society Lecture cum Demonstrations, Workshops, Skit, speeches, Poem, Songs are the medium to train volunteers so that they are enabled to aware society, and suggest tangible solutions to their problems as Female foeticide, illiteracy, Dowry system etc. They learn Moral values, Self Confidence, Self awareness, Role of Media, Time management in life etc. NSS unit:- While the volunteers are motivated for improvement in social areas through a seven-day special camp, these volunteers also educate the people of the adopted villages and surrounding areas of the college. The theme of the camp is kept alive each yearCleanliness, green college, nutrition, water conservation, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao etc are themed to many different topics. In addition, NSD Day is celebrated every year with great pomp and celebrates the main dates or days like 26 January, 30 January shahidi divas, 15 August etc. week celebrations like Yuva saptah, women day, aids week etc.
